NESTECH
Nestech has become a world leader in closure or cap assembly using our versatile T-12 rotary continuous motion turret. The standard model has 12 heads. However, 24 and 36 head units are used for speeds around 1200/minute.
Most common sports caps found on beverages today are assembled with Nestech equipment.
The typical assembly project consists of a body, valve slider, and dust cover. The machines also inspect for any missing item from the assembly and defective items are ejected.
