WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
In the 1970's, Steve Foldesi Sr. designed the first high speed lining machine. As a family business, we continue his legacy with innovative, reliable, and affordable machinery for the closure industry. Our machines can be found in every corner of the world.
Nestech specializes in machinery for closure lining, slitting, and assembly.
From heavy pulp to the thinnest induction liners, all run through our machines with ease. Our new high precision dieset design allows the thinnest Mylar to be cleanly cut. Unlike roller cutting, our liners are always flat and placed accurately inside the cap.
Slitting produces tamper evident break-away bands on closures. Recent hinged designs have the cap stay with the bottle. Our slitting knives either cut against molded posts or form bridges.
Child resistant caps (CRC) make up the majority of assembly projects along with sport drink caps and flip-top caps.
Our company was established in 1991 and operates in the Green Mountains of Vermont. We have a network of suppliers that are the best in their segment similar to the Airbus model. Parts are strictly inspection before assembly.
We take pride to offer the best customer service. Our customers have my cell number and can contact me by phone or WhatsApp anytime for questions or support.
Our prices are very competitive. Let us quote your next project.
